The Moon is the only body of the solar system apart from the Earth for which we have some seismic data at our disposal. These data are very important because they allow the indirect access to the Moon's internal parameters. Associated with data available in some other fields, they allow to constrain the models of formation and evolution of the Earth-Moon couple.
